Get more in less time—our live, virtual TRX Golf Performance workshop is only 90 minutes, yet you'll learn the essentials, like setup, foundational movements, and coaching best practices using the Suspension Trainer™, Rip Trainer, and other TRX functional training tools. In this workshop you will learn the set up and basic use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, Rip Trainer, and our other functional training tools, and how to use a multi-modality based approach for golf fitness and performance. We will discuss philosophies and methodologies of golf training, dynamic warm up and movement preparation, corrective exercises, effective programming, and active cool down. In addition, we will discuss the three main principles of golf training, and how to use them to improve and effectively transition to the golf course.
After a basic overview, we'll dive into details like effective cueing, correct form, progressions, and regressions, all using our powerful TRX® training methodology, all taught in real-time by a TRX® Master Instructor. Ask questions at any time—your instructor’s camera will be on and we recommend yours is too. Leave class with a whole new skills and mindset to take into your client sessions.
