The Sport Medicine Suspension Training Course was a game changer for me. This course allowed me to go into depth and learn how to modify and choose the best exercises for clients dealing with rehabilitation and injury prevention. The case study work was fun and the instructor helped us understand how any exercise can be scaled to up or down to fit our clients needs. This course I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to better themselves as a coach or fitness enthusiast.

This course delves deeper into the structures, tissues and fascia. The fundamental movements and foundation of TRX, continuing to build on what has been previously learnt.
This is a fantastic course for those who want to further understand how the body is affected, pathologically and have regressions and modifications that can help with the rehabilitation or management of clients.
Highly recommended!

The Sports Medicine Suspension Training Course enhanced my knowledge and practical TRX suspension training methodology. My target clientele are older and all have "issues". Personally, as an ex-athlete, I own all the injuries + more that were covered in the course, thus I can relate to the "issues". The course was thoughtfully laid out and nicely paced. The instructor, Seth, was attentive to all, articulated clearly each element and facilitated the discussions like an orchestra conductor. Working with chiropractors, therapists and the other trainers rounded out the stimulating learning experience. I wish that I had the TRX Suspension therapeutic training programs to assist my recoveries. Gratefully, it is now part of my daily life.
This course should be required for all trainers, therapists, chiropractors etc. I will be the first in line when you offer the Rip Trainer Sports Medicine Training Course. There are many Rip elements that would benefit a recuperative training program combined with the Suspension elements.
