Participants will learn to how to leverage TRX’s movement based training approach on the TRX Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer to teach Foundational Movements and progressions and then apply to a variety of training equipment. Beyond Suspension Training and Rip Training, these other modalities may include: Kettle bells, Medicine Balls, DVRT Ultimate Sandbags, Battling Ropes and Bands.

Course Materials: All participants will receive a link to download digital copy of the Functional Training Course in their confirmation email. Participants will also have an option* to purchase a printed copy of the course manual for $65 during registration. These course manuals are permanently excluded from site-wide sales.

Continuing Education Credits (CECS) AND Course Qualifications:
Upon completion of a TRX® Functional Training Course, you will receive an electronic version of your TRX Qualification, which can be printed for your records and redeemed for CECs. The provider number and number of credits can be found on your Qualification and redeemed on the provider’s website.

FTC Graduates will receive CECs from the following organizations: ACE 0.7, AFAA 7.0, canfitpro 4.0,NASM 0.7, NSCA 0.7, PTA Global 8.0.

NSCA certificants MAY report CEUs for attendance in accordance with NSCA recertification policies and procedures. Please reach out directly to NSCA to confirm.

I believe the importance of movement and stability is a key foundational movement to understand. This course did a great job at teaching the fundamentals of protecting the spine and building off the importance of stabilizing the spine to initiate the movement.
