This was my first training course after becoming certified through NASM this year. It was great to have in person instruction to help learn proper technique and cues for instructing others with various types of equipment. I was really impressed with the instructor's knowledge and enthusiasm for what she does.
I believe the importance of movement and stability is a key foundational movement to understand. This course did a great job at teaching the fundamentals of protecting the spine and building off the importance of stabilizing the spine to initiate the movement.
